Vegetarian Paella

Heat oil in Large Pan; cook garlic and onion, stirring, over medium heat
about 2 minutes or until onion is soft. Add rice; cook, stirring, over
medium heat 3 minutes. 2- Stir in broccoli, cauliflower, undrained crushed tomatoes and water, bring to boil; boil, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. 3- Add remaining ingredients, mix well; simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until capsicum is soft- SERVES 4 recipe is best made just before sewing freeze not suitable microwave not suitable per serve 69 fat; 1312kJ |
